Why can't I access the auctions from all countries? Each country has it's own local CRI. A CarNext International account does not give you access to the local auction in LeasePlan countries. |

I can't enter the auctions
with Dutch cars, what is the reason? Due to a local tax on vehicles in the Netherlands (BPM) the after sales process of Dutch cars is more complicated. At the moment export outside of the EU is not possible. |

When will the fixed price list
be refreshed? Every day between 14:00 and 15:00 CET the fixed price list is refreshed. |
