User Agreement
Before you can enter the CarNext International Online Auctions you have to confirm the user agreement. You can do this when you log on to the CarNext International Online Auction for the first time.
The key points of the User Agreement are as follows:
- All bids are binding. If the highest bid meets the set minimum price of the selling LeasePlan country the car will be assigned to the corresponding trader. Sales can not be cancelled.
- All prices and bids are excluding VAT.
- For a successful sale CarNext International will charge a Sales Fee of 250 Euro (excl. VAT).
- The trader is responsible for transportation.The vehicle can be picked up only after the LeasePlan country sent out the pick-up notification.
- CarNext International is the sole decisive party considering the validation of bids as well as the assignment of the vehicles on auction.
