This is what you must know about the procedure for a warranty claim when you buy a second-hand car at CarNext.com:
You have a 12-month warranty on engine and mechanical parts.
Elements which are subject to wear and tear such as brakes, lamps, tyres, etc. are not covered by our warranty.
If the car still falls under the official dealer warranty, this warranty will continue to apply.

Protection against electric or mechanical failure of:
Brake and fuel system NOT included:
Glass, bodywork, tyres, rims and upholstery
Electrical and mechanical car parts which are due for replacement
Diagnostic expenses and labour expenses
Reimbursement of expenses for repairs which have taken place abroad
All CarNext.com cars come with a 1 year warranty anyway at no extra costs, so the price will not change.
Unfortunately it's not possible at CarNext.com. We work with fixed pricing at CarNext.com. This means that the price of the vehicles is fixed, so there is no room for negotiation. Our pricing is transparent throughout.
Yes, you can. Prices will not change and one purchase order will be made per vehicle.
You have 14 days to change your mind if you want to. We provide full reimbursement in this case, provided there is no more than 500km difference from the mileage at which the car was delivered.
