Can I come into the store without an appointment?

You are certainly welcome to visit and view our cars. Please note that we do not have every car at the store, some are held in a compound. We strongly advise you to make an appointment beforehand to avoid disappointment, without any obligation. Please call 0345 230 0055 to organise your appointment now.

Can I negotiate or haggle on the price?

No, our prices are fixed. We think that's fair because we can offer everyone the same deal and you also know that you are getting the best price.

Do I have to pay any admin fee?

No, our prices come without any admin fee or deal mark-ups. Just high quality cars at competitive prices.

The car on your website states that it is already reserved. How long does a reservation last?

Typically 72 hours, although this can vary. If you have a specific car in mind, give us a call and we can give you more information.

Do I need to organse road tax for my new car?

Yes, it is your responsibilty to ensure the vehicle is taxed.

Do the cars come with a maintenance history?

What are your vehicle preperation standards?

Every car goes through an independent 112-point mechanical inspection to ensure it is safe as it can be. This includes testing and inspecting components including clutch, gearbox, air conditioning, lighting, oil, shock absorbers, suspension, tyres, brakes and more.

What warranty comes with the vehicle?

All cars include a 12 month warranty as part of the price. This is in addition to any remaining manufacturer warranty.

What does my warranty cover?

Before leaving our showroom, all second-hand cars undergo a technical inspection and have a 12-month warranty.This warranty includes: Protection against electric or mechanical failure of: Engine, Transmission, Tyre pressure, Electronics, Brake and fuel system, Electrical and mechanical car parts which are due for replacement, Diagnostic expenses and labour expenses, Transport expenses, Reimbursement of expenses for repairs which have taken place abroad.

NOT included: glass, bodywork, tyres, rims and upholster

I want to return my car.

Once we’ve delivered the car, you have 14 days to test it out and make sure it’s right for you. If it isn’t, just let us know. We’ll take it back and refund your money. As you might expect, there are a few terms and conditions to this guarantee, particularly around mileage and the condition of the car when you return it. I have a problem with my car. What should I do?

We take pride in the quality of our cars and offer a 12 month warranty included in the price as a sign of this. In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your car, you must report it to us and give us an opportunity to fulfil our obligation to you and put it right. Under no circumstances should you book your car into another garage without speaking to a member of our team first.

When will I receive my V5?

This is something that we don't have control of. The DVLA will arrange for the new V5 document to be sent in your name to your home address and can take up to 12 weeks.

What if I want to see the car before I purchase the car online?

We want to make the purchase process fast and convenient, so that you don't have to visit the store if you don't want to. With our home delivery experience and a 14-day money back guarantee, you have all the time to test the car in real life and you can return the vehicle within 14 days if you are not satisfied, subject to mileage restrictions. How can I make a test drive when the vehicle is delivered to my home?

No need to test drive, our 14-day money back guarantee is a 14-day test drive experience. This gives you a real opportunity to experience the vehicle for yourself.

Will I be insured during the test drive period?

After the delivery the vehicle is yours. It is your responsibility to make sure the vehicle is insured before you start driving.

What happens if I change my mind after delivery?

I don't know Lawyer Pay. Is my money safe?

Lawyer Pay stores your payment in a bank account managed by certified and independent lawyers (escrow account). These lawyers release the funds only once you give approval during delivery of the vehicle. Furthermore, Lawyer Pay works with regulated financial institutions and payment service providers (PSP's) for the payment process.
